UPHOLSTERY CLEANING PROCESS
1Pre-cleaning inspection.
During this step, we evaluate the condition of the upholstery piece or mattress, locating areas that need special attention (soiled areas, pet, ink, makeup stains)
2Pre-spray and spot treatment.
Pretreatment of upholstery fabric with special cleaning solutions, will break up heavy stains and soils, and release them from material’s fiber. At this point, stains will be much easier to pick up with low moisture cleaning. In some cases, spot cleaning, pet odor, and pet stain removal may be necessary.
3Steam cleaning and rinse.
After scrubbing, fabric is cleaned and dried with low moisture water extraction tool, that removes remaining spots and soils, and most of the moisture.
4Premium protector/scotchgard.
ProTouch can also help protect your upholstery from soil and stains with the application of Premium fiber protectant after steam cleaning. This protectant creates an invisible barrier, making carpet soil- and moisture-resistant, so it’s more durable and longer lasting. It also enhances the results of future routine carpet cleanings.
5Final inspection.
Upon the completion of upholstery cleaning, the final check is done to make sure we reached the best result possible.
